Official ZPHC® Domains, Authenticity & Safe Contact
Which ZPHC® addresses are official?
zphc.com is the only official ZPHC® website. The former address club.zphc.com now forwards here.
Visitors should verify the full domain spelling and should trust routes linked or redirected from zphc.com before relying on product, seller, media, validation or partnership claims.
Official routes
- Official ZPHC® website: https://zphc.com/
- Contact path: https://zphc.com/contact/
- Suspicious seller or counterfeit report path: https://zphc.com/contact/
How to verify a page or claim
Check the full domain spelling before trusting product, seller, media, validation or partnership claims. Be careful with misspelled domains, extra words before or after ZPHC, shortened links, redirected product pages, copied logos, private messages and social accounts that only reuse brand images.
No wallet address, private payment instruction, third-party seller, reseller, marketplace listing, social profile or private chat should be trusted unless it is explicitly listed on current official pages or confirmed through the official contact route.
If a seller, channel or third-party page claims authorization, distribution, validation, official stock, guaranteed origin or special access, verify through the official contact form before relying on it.
Authenticity and validation route
Product verification uses two official systems: validation.zpihc.com and anticounterfeiting.zphc.com. No other website is authorised to verify ZPHC® products.
Product validation can currently be checked through the new validation system at validation.zpihc.com and the legacy anti-counterfeiting system at anticounterfeiting.zphc.com. The legacy anticounterfeiting.zphc.com route is being phased out and is planned to be switched off soon, so visitors should use the new validation system whenever it matches the product code format.
Authenticity questions should still be handled through official ZPHC® routes, not through comment threads, private messages, reseller claims or screenshots of alleged certificates. Validation-related details can change, and incomplete evidence may be misleading.
When a product reference, validation code, image, seller statement or social profile appears questionable, send the available evidence through the counterfeit-report route so it can be reviewed in context.
Product reference limits
Product images and product-family descriptions on ZPHC® are informational references only. They do not guarantee current availability, final specifications, materials, sizing, packaging, regulatory status, import permission, seller authorization or local compliance.
This website is not a checkout page and does not confirm live stock, price, delivery route, resale right or final commercial specification. Current product details must be confirmed through Product inquiry.
What to report
Use the official contact form for suspicious seller pages, counterfeit claims, fake validation claims, unauthorized use of ZPHC® names or images, misleading listings, copied product galleries, fake social accounts or claims that misuse protected ZPHC® identity.
Useful reports usually include the seller or marketplace name, country or region, URL, date observed, product or validation claim involved, screenshots if safe to provide, and a short explanation of why the claim appears suspicious.
Safe contact route
Do not send passwords, private payment credentials, private identity documents, private medical records or unsafe financial data. If a message involves personal data, legal rights or privacy requests, use the privacy/legal route and include only what is necessary to identify the issue.
For suspicious seller or counterfeit reports, use Report suspicious sellers or counterfeit claims. For product details, use Product inquiry. For team or media materials, use Team/media submission. For privacy or legal requests, use Privacy/legal request.
